Glorieta Labor Day SINGLES Retreat:
Aug. 29 - Sept. 1, 2008 (with options to arrive early and stay late)
special breakout and rec programming for all age groups
(under 29, 30 - 45, 46 - 60, 60+)
General Sessions:
Dr. Moses Caesar (click here), national speaker and author, will present
“Shine Like Jesus” series in FOUR general sessions.

Workshops:
To support the General Sessions, FOUR TYPES of breakouts will deal with the basics of our walk with God: Prayer, Bible Study, Witnessing and Fellowship (community)… Fashioned after the “Navigators Balanced Christian Life Wheel”
Evening Fellowships:
Friday: Camp Style Activities/Game Night (crazy, fast moving, and fun)
Saturday: Comedy Night – lol (Laugh Out Live) Two Stand-up Comedians
perform and lead a thirty-minute amateur competition.
Sunday: Out-Door Concert – In the open air…under the stars…rocking out
with Jesus. The concert band will not be our retreat band.

Afternoon Recreation Opportunities on Saturday and Sunday 2-5pm:

"An All New Alternate Endings Format."
Three Exciting Options starting at 1PM on Sunday:
Alternate Ending 1. Stay in Santa Fe Hotels (on your own) or head for home.
Alternate Ending 2. Sleep in Rustic Lodge at GBCC (very basic J)
Alternate Ending 3. Sleep in Tents on GBCC Campus.
Bring Your Own Tents!
We will encourage the majority of the Retreat to experience
this One-Night Adventure. The huge tent city will be like
“Moses with the people in the Wilderness." J
Sunday Afternoon and Night Options:
IN-DOOR ACTIVITIES...
just hang out, play board games, singing Karaoke, etc.
OUT-DOOR ACTIVITIES...
take walks, do rope courses, Zip-Line in the dark,
camp fire, and … go hiking in the dark (a CRAZY at Midnight Hike!)
OUT-ON-THE-TOWN (small fee applies) …
Santa Fe Trip (shopping and dinner only, back by 8:30 pm)
OUT-DOOR CONCERT… Rock Out Under the Stars…9:30 pm
