Have you submitted a Request for your Regestration Form? When we send you this form, return it within 24 hours. Once we recieve your Registration Form, we will send you an invoice within 24 hours. Your email invoice will have "PayPal Payment" which will allow you pay by Credit Card, Bank Account, or a PayPal Account. Finally, you will recieve an email confirmation from ShineOut.org after payment is made.
